Greetings from Region 3, the Southeast. It is my pleasure to currently serve as your Regional Director. Our in-person regional meeting has been moved to Saturday, September 12, 2026. I am currently working with members to host it in the Nashville, TN area. I, along with the current president, Mike Kosanke, will be hosting a webinar on June 27, 2026, allowing up to 4 CEs.

I have received many emails regarding becoming a Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.A.T.T). Currently, there are three ways to achieve eligibility to challenge the board exam; Completion of a CAAHEP Accredited Program, completion of an advancement program for people already holding the Cer.A.T., credential from ASATT, or completion of the Practical Experience Pathway (PEP). 

More details will come about the in-person meeting in September as our plans progress.
