Refund Policy:
- Full refund of registration fee for cancellations made by September
3rd, 2008
- Cancellations made between September 4th and September 19th,
2008 will be penalized 30% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations made between September 20th and October 3rd, 2008
will be penalized 50% of the registration fee.
- No refunds after October 4th, 2008
