The current ASATT Bylaws are typed in a standard text non-bold type. The proposed changes or new Bylaw is noted in a BOLD type print. Please take the time to review the information so that when notification of the voting process is posted on the ASATT website, you will be prepared to make an informed decision.

Article VIII - Elections

C.     TERM OF OFFICE.
 

The active term for all officers: President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and Immediate Past President is one (1) business year.
The term of office for a Regional Director is two (2) years.

The active term for: President, President-Elect, and Immediate Past President is one (1) business year.
The active term for: Secretary and Treasurer are two (2) years.
The term of office for a Regional Director is two (2) years.

The vote on the proposed Bylaw change will begin on February 13th and will run for 30 days Click Here to Vote.
